The Deaths

WARNING: The following contains the death scenes in detail. If you do not wish to be spoiled for the movie, you probably shouldn't be here.

Ashley & Ashlyn
Foreshadow in beginning: Two girls are being electricuted in electric chairs.

The two stereo-typical 'omigosh' American girls go to a tanning salon. The owner steps outside on the phone, putting a bottle of tanning lotion as a door stopper. During his discussion on the phone, the door eventually pushes all the lotion out, shutting, and locking. Meanwhile, Ashley's slurpee condensates and drips water into the heating box, making it go haywire and slowly raising the temperature and UV ray strength in the beds to far beyond the safe level, causing an air conditioner fan to turn on at the heat. Wendy calls them on Ashley's cell, as the fan knocks the coat rack into a plant which hits the CD shelf and lands on Ashley's tanning bed. Just as she lifts up on the cover the CD shelf plank falls; one end goes into the handles of Ashlyn's bed and the other side slips nicely into Ashley's bed handles, trapping them both. As they are screaming the store owner hears them and realizes that he is locked out, he tries to go around and get in through the front but in a twist of irony Ashley has locked the front door so no one would see her or her best friend naked. They both try to get out by pushing on the fan but that doesn't work. As the temperature continues to soar, the solarium tubes above them explode. Under the intense heat, their skin starts to rupture and bubble, while Ashlyn's goggles begin melting into her face. Soon, the glass above and beneath them gives way, making the girls fall into the bulbs and setting themselves and the beds on fire.

Frankie
Wendy and Kevin are in the Drive-Thru of a generic fast-food restaurant, and the convertible in front of them is driven by Frank, who is doomed to die. A careless truck driver backs up and pins Kevin's car against the wall, as he was unable to reverse due to an SUV behind them. Soon there-after, another truck (which has an absent driver) begins rolling down an adjacent hill, on a collision course with everyone. The driver of the SUV sees the truck and backs out quickly, but Kevin and Wendy cannot get out, as the first truck still has them pinned against the wall. They soon both smash out through the wind shield and escape just in time. However, the semi that was rolling down hill slams into the back of Kevin's car, and the motor flies outward and onto Frank's convertible. The cooling fan, still spinning, chops off the back of Frank's head, leaving fragments of skull, brain and blood everywhere. Wendy looks on in horror, when abruptly, the fan whirls to life one last time to spew another round of blood, and Frank's body falls onto the steering wheel.

Lewis
Wendy and Kevin go to visit Lewis at the gym, where Wendy notices all kinds of hazards (radio on a bench above water). She sees a stuffed bear as a punching bag (crying bear in the picture). Lewis gets onto a weight lifting machine, and every lift he does makes the swords above him vibrate. One football player is lifting weights too close to the stuffed bear breaking off the bear's finger and sending it flying into another guy's eye, forcing him to drop his weight, which sends the swords swooping down behind Lewis and cuts the ropes holding the weights up. Lewis tells Kevin that he beat it and does a victory pull, making the weights swoop down and smash his head in.

Erin
Foreshadowing in beginning: A girl is shown with nails in her hands, nose, and some on her face

Erin is working at 'Build It', a giant, Home Depot-like hardware store. Along with Wendy, Kevin, and Ian, she walks around the store restocking items. They come into a dark aisle, where Ian begins to discuss death. Meanwhile, a series of things dropping and moving other things has turned on a fork truck to drive forward and into a shelf behind the characters, on the other side of which is a ladder holding up a box filled with pointed wooden stakes, now coming closer and closer to snapping from the pressure. Wendy sees the stakes and realizes the clue from Ian's picture just as the ladder snaps and jumps forward to push him out of the way, causing the pieces to narrowly miss Ian. Erin screams and backs away, avoiding the fallen pieces. A stake from above slices through a bag of sawdust, spewing it in Erin's face. Erin puts her hands up to protect her eyes and staggers backwards, falling. The back of her head hits the muzzle of a nail gun, and it repeatedly shoots large nails through Erin's head, nailing her hand to her face. She's still alive with roughly twelve nails jutting out of her face, until she whimpers and slumps over.

Perry
Not knowing who will die next, Wendy notices her sister Julie was on the roller coaster (by the recognizable bracelet on her exposed wrist). Either Amber or Perry was on the ride with Julie. She calls Kevin who is working security at the Tri-Centennial Fair and tells him to watch for Julie. He tries to talk to Julie, but she thinks he's being an asshole and walks away. Some boys with firecrackers decide to scare a horse. Spooked by the firecrackers, the horse (tethered to a wooden stake) pulls free and runs past Julie. The rope flies around her neck and drags her along. The horse jumps over some sort of wheat thresher, and is about to pull Julie into the sharp blades. Kevin cuts the rope with inches to spare. Security ties the horse up on a pole then Wendy, Amber, and Perry rush over. Wendy immediately starts asking Julie who was sitting next to her because she's next. Amber and Perry stare at each other as the horse breaks the pole out of the ground, sending it flying into the air. Just as Perry stands up, everyone looks up at her only to see the pole impale her in the middle of her chest. She falls forward and slowly slides down the pole.

Ian
Ian is standing in front of the trio, convinced that he has been skipped and Wendy is next. The fireworks head for their direction and completely miss him (because the fireworks were meant for Wendy). They, however, go right around him and hit a platform with a cherry picker on it. The collision causes the beam of the cherry picker to break from its cables and drop onto Ian, bisecting him into two bloody halves, the top half twitching afterwards.

Julie
Just as the subway train crashes, a piece of the train (possibly a wheel) smashes into her side and splatters her into pieces.

Kevin
As the subway train tips onto its side, Kevin is thrown through a glass window, which breaks and squashes him between the train and the ground.

Wendy
After the train crash, Wendy is the only one left and has an injured leg, leaving her unable to move. Just then she looks around she sees another train heading right for her.
