Chelsea and I met in the summer of 2002. We had both just become moderators on the Buffyworld forums. I first began to chat with her and her then called "cousin" Ben. She was very good friends with Ben and Ben and I didn't get along at first. As time went on, Ben and I became pretty good friends, as well as Chelsea and I. After much drama, Chelsea and I had left Buffyworld forums.
We were then offered the job to become Super Moderators at another Buffy forum called Escape from Darkness which is now a Lost/Medium forum. We stuck around there for a bit, until we were backstabbed by a friend and demodded. I eventually just left the forum but Chelsea had stuck around as a normal moderator.
I next discovered my new love which was fanlistings. I thought the idea was cool, so I built my first fanlisting in 2003. Chelsea didn't really get into building and/or designing websites until I nagged her to do so. So after about a year or two, she finally started. She has actually even gotten better than me! And she has a lot of people who adore her unique style. In 2005, I introduced Chelsea into the world of fanlistings. Chelsea was approved for her very first fanlisting which was for the Buffy episode, Earshot.
Only after about two months of submitting her staffer application to TFL, she was brought on staff! She was brought on to do the troubles position for the Albums category. After a few months of being on staff together, life got to hectic for me so I decided to step down.
In 2006, I introduced Chelsea to my other close friends. They all hit it off pretty well. She was then invited to join The Citizens of the World with Shared Brains, otherwise known as COTWWSB. We now all chat and "hang out" on the net and we also all share a website, Crotchgroin.Info.
And today, Chelsea and I remain to be best online friends. We co-own a very popular Nip/Tuck fansite. We chat almost every night about anything and everything (including TSS!!) and we even occasionally chat on the phone from time to time.
